First frontend hire; the team has since grown to six frontend, three backend, two UI/UX designers, and the CTO. Carried the largest share of the full v1 → v2 platform rewrite in Aurelia.js and TypeScript — new architecture, new syntax, new design — at a pace of about two major modules a month, building the shared component library along the way. I review the team's frontend work, and with no QA team we own quality end to end. Brought Claude Code and GitHub Copilot into the workflow after making the case to leadership.
